Hilary Parker

Hilary comes to OnSite Energy with a lifetime of experience geeking out over each of the industries in which she has worked (trade journalism, lobbying in support of government transparency, commodity marketing, ecosystem conservation, and theater arts, to name a few). She also has worked at another B Corp business, which is what initially attracted her to OnSite. Now she is stoked to have added solar to the list, and especially so with such amazing coworkers.

Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Verge Theater, Bozeman's thriving community theater, where she led the board, staff and volunteers in creating a radically inclusive environment, shoring up the organization's financial and fundraising practices, establishing fair compensation policies, surviving the pandemic, and securing a new home for the theater. Previous tours include time at American Prairie, where she served as Senior Communications & Outreach Manager, and as a global strategic messaging consultant.

When she's not working, Hilary spends her time with her amazing husband and children, playing with the family dog, rowing, reading, and keeping her New York Times' Spelling Bee genius streak alive. #nerd
